Edmond Blanc, né le 22 février 1856 à Paris et mort le 12 décembre 1920 à Neuilly-sur-Seine, est un propriétaire-éleveur de chevaux de course et un homme politique français.
Edmond Blanc is a former railroader and turner-mill operator of the SNCF workshops in Arles, which has now become the Parc des Ateliers. He also worked for the train museum in Mulhouse where he restored the luggage carts of the Paris-Lyon-Méditerrannée.
