Wilhelm Kreis (17 de marzo de 1873 - 13 de agosto de 1955) fue un relevante arquitecto alemán y profesor activo durante varios tormentosos períodos políticos como la República de Weimar, el Tercer Reich y la República Federal de Alemania.
Wilhelm Kreis (1873-1955), un arquitecto talentoso, se formó en las prestigiosas escuelas técnicas superiores de Múnich, Brunswick, Berlín y Karlsruhe. Tras trabajar como ayudante de Paul Wallot en la Academia de Arte de Düsseldorf, pasó a ser profesor en la Escuela de Artes Industriales de Dresde entre 1902 y 1908.
