Richard Bellingham (c. 1592 – 7 December 1672) was a colonial magistrate, lawyer, and several-time governor of the Massachusetts Bay Colony, and the last surviving signatory of the colonial charter at his death.

Richard Billingham (born 25 September 1970) is an English photographer and artist, film maker and art teacher. His work has mostly concerned his family, the place he grew up in the West Midlands, but also landscapes elsewhere.
Richard Bellingham was born in Boston, England in 1592. He was a lawyer and a member of the Massachusetts Bay Colony charter company. He emigrated to Boston in 1634 and in 1635 was made deputy-governor. In 1641, he was elected governor, in opposition to Winthrop, by a majority of only six votes.
