Lieutenant. Christopher Raphael Deluzio (born July 13, 1984) [1] is an American attorney, politician and former U.S. Navy officer serving as the U.S. representative for Pennsylvania 's 17th congressional district since 2023. The district includes most of the northwestern suburbs of Pittsburgh.
