Sylvia Fine Kaye (August 29, 1913 – October 28, 1991) was an American lyricist, composer, and producer. Many of her compositions and productions were performed by her husband, comedian Danny Kaye. Fine was a Peabody Award-winner and was nominated for two Academy Awards and two Emmys during her career.

Sylvia Fine was a composer and lyricist who wrote over 100 songs for her husband, entertainer Danny Kaye. She also produced radio and TV shows, taught musical comedy, and supported Israel and UNICEF.
Fine, a composer and writer, went from writing revues at small theatres to composing music for Danny’s studio films and teaching at Yale University. In 1990, Sylvia Fine made an initial donation to the Library of Congress to form the Danny Kaye and Sylvia Fine Collection.
