Arve Tellefsen (født 1936) er en norsk fiolinist. Han er født og oppvokst i Trondheim. Som seksåring begynte han å spille fiolin ved Trondhjems musikskole. I 1955 begynte han å studere ved musikkonservatoriet i København hvor professor Henry Holst var hans hovedlærer, og i 1959 debuterte han i Universitetets aula i Oslo.
