Friends from Queens decide to move into a run down Harlem brownstone ultimately converting it into an illegal youth hostel in order to make ends meet.
Looking to make their dreams come true, three friends move from Queens to a decrepit Harlem brownstone. But when they find themselves short on cash, they turn their residence into an unlicensed youth hostel to raise money for the rent.
Independent. A young man and his buddies buy an apartment and convert it into a hostal for foreign students, fugities and party girls all looking for a cheap place to stay.
