Sinopse. Após a queda de um avião sobre as reservas de água locais, a pequena cidade rural de Ogden Marsh, no Iowa, é afectada por um vírus desconhecido que se propaga silenciosamente e transforma pacatos cidadãos em psicopatas que matam indiscriminadamente até serem mortos.
