Filippo, an anti-Mafia expert, helps a co-operative develop on Mafia-confiscated land in Puglia, but soon learns that everyone is taking liberties with the law.
When a cooperative from Apulia is given a small farm that was confiscated from ruthless Mafia boss Sansone, they can’t manage to get going on account of ongoing mafia boycotts, and Filippo is reluctantly forced to get actively involved on the ground.
In Puglia, a cooperative wants to farm the land confiscated from a Mafioso, as it is legally entitled to do. But things are moving slowly. So the members of the cooperative turn to Filippo, who belongs to an anti-mafia organisation with its headquarters in the north.
