8 de mar. de 1998 · When a terrorist surfaces, the Chairman of the Joint Chief urges the President for military response. However, the President prefers to try negotiating. So, the General takes the President prisoner and launches an offensive of his own.

Loyal Opposition. The Presidents' preference for negotiation with terrorists rather than military action prompts the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff to take the President prisoner and launch an unauthorized offensive.
Loyal Opposition plot. The president goes on a peacekeeping mission to the Middle East, but before his departure, the situation escalates due to a terrorist attack. The president favors mediation and negotiations and thus stands in the way of the general who advocates an attack policy.
