Mary Kathryn Beck Briscoe (born April 4, 1947) is a senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Born in Council Grove, Kansas, Briscoe earned her B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1969, her J.D. from the University of Kansas Law School in 1973, and her LL.M.from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1990.
