Barbara Louise Milano Keenan (born March 1, 1950) is a senior United States circuit judge of United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and a former justice on the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Born 1950 in Vienna, Austria. First elected by the General Assembly on February 23, 1991 to a 12-year term, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Charles Steven Russell, and began her service on July 2, 1991. Service terminated by retirement. Commissioner in chancery, Fairfax County, Virginia, 1975-1980.
Barbara Milano Keenan is a judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit since 2010. She was born in Vienna, Austria, and served as a judge and justice in Virginia before her federal appointment.
