Marcia Lou Lucas (née Griffin; born October 4, 1945) [1] is an American film editor. She is best known for her work editing the Star Wars trilogy (1977–1983) as well as other films by her then-husband George Lucas : THX-1138 (1971) and American Graffiti (1973).
Marcia Lucas is an Oscar-winning film editor who worked on Star Wars, Taxi Driver and American Graffiti. She was married to George Lucas from 1969 to 1983 and has three children with him.
