Hans Dieter Pötsch (born 28 March 1951) is an Austrian businessman, the chairman of the executive board of Porsche SE, and chairman of the supervisory board of Volkswagen since 2015, when he succeeded Ferdinand Piëch.
Hans Dieter Pötsch ist ein österreichischer Manager in der Automobilindustrie. Er wurde im Oktober 2015 zum Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden der Volkswagen AG gewählt und ist seit November 2015 Vorstandsvorsitzender der Porsche SE. Am 3. Dezember 2021 wurde sein Vorstandsmandat bei der Porsche SE bis Ende 2026 verlängert.
Hans Dieter Pötsch ist der Vorsitzende des Vorstands der Porsche SE und des Aufsichtsrats der Volkswagen AG. Er ist zuständig für die Finanz- und Investitionsstrategie der Porsche SE, die 2023 mit erfolgreichen Emissionen umgesetzt wurde.
