As part of a plan to kill Norman's former associates, Harry publicized the gala opening for a new charity called the Norman Osborn Foundation, and rigged the building with explosives. When Peter decided to finally stop Harry, their fight took place in the rigged building.

Harold "Harry" Osborn (of Earth-96283) is a main character appearing in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man film-series. He is portrayed by James Franco. Harry and Peter were established to have been long-time friends, but once Peter meets Norman, Harry's father, their relationship becomes strained.
After an intense battle with Spider-Man, Harry Osborn is knocked out and given amnesia to the point where he doesn't recall Peter being responsible for his father's death. As such, the two work on rekindle their old friendship.
Despite being called "Norman Osborn Jr.", "Norman Osborn II", and "Norman Osborn III", he is not necessarily entirely named after his grandfather, as his grandfather's name is Norman Virgil Osborn. Peter Parker, a.k.a. Spider-Man, is Normie's godfather.
