John Francis Regis Toomey (August 13, 1898 – October 12, 1991) was an American film and television actor.
Regis Toomey was a Pittsburgh-born character actor who appeared in almost 200 films and TV shows, including classics like The Big Sleep and Guys and Dolls. He was married to Kathryn Scott, a former choreographer, and died in 1991 at age 93.
