16 de jan. de 1998 · Overview. .An urban black couple (Terrence Howard, Nicole Parker) traveling via back roads from Chicago to LA has a car breakdown in a backwater town where everyone is white trailer trash and racial epithets are common graffiti.
Spark plot. Byron and Nina travel from Chicago to Los Angeles, only to have a car breakdown along the way. While trapped in a small town, they befriend the son of a car mechanic. The couple becomes more and more involved in the shocking secrets of the local population.
