The Academy of the Holy Cross is a Catholic college preparatory school sponsored by the Sisters of the Holy Cross and founded in 1868. Holy Cross Church is a historic church and home to an active parish in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus located in the Discovery District neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The Gothic Revival building was completed in 1848 and is the oldest church in Columbus.
NCAA student-athletes since 2016. Our girls are dreamers and doers, soccer stars and campus ministers, innovators and creators, future engineers and passionate volunteers. Our girls lift each other up—one girl’s success inspires the entire class.
Three courses, Geography, Health and Public Speaking, are offered on a for-credit basis during the Summer Intersession at The Academy of the Holy Cross. Public Speaking carries a value of ½ credit, and is open only to current Holy Cross students.
