Robert Radclyffe, 5th Earl of Sussex, KG (12 June 1573 – 22 September 1629) was an English peer. Life [ edit ] He was the only son of Henry Radclyffe, 4th Earl of Sussex and his wife Honora Pounde, and was known as Viscount Fitzwalter from 1583 until he succeeded his father as Earl on 4 December 1593.

Robert Radcliffe, 5th Earl of Sussex, 14th Baron FitzWalter KG (d. 1629) On the death of 5th Earl of Sussex, 14th Baron FitzWalter, the Earldom of Sussex passed to his cousin and heir male, Edward Ratcliffe, and the right to the Barony of FitzWalter devolved on the heir general.
