  4. 2 de set. de 2021 · Here, we report the direct observation of a new GaSe polymorph, experimentally obtained by MBE growth, with a cs-TL (D 3d), and a γ-GaSe type stacking, which we define as γ ′-GaSe (Figure 1e). It is distinct from the well-known polymorphs based on ncs-TLs (D 3h) that lack inversion symmetry.
