Signed.Admiral Keppel, an elder relation of the presumed artist, became Admiral of the Fleet in 1877. Known for his diminuitive stature, he was a close friend of the Prince of Wales.This caricature, and those of RCIN 917008 and 914270, have all traditionally been attributed to Arnold Keppel, 8th Earl of Albemarle.
