    16 de nov. de 2015 · I enjoyed Sangdil when I saw it many years ago. However I found it didn’t stand up too well to repeat viewings. While it’s a reasonably faithful adaptation of the book, the inescapable compromises necessary to make a commercially successful Hindi film (mentioned by Madhulikajee in her post) jarred more than any deviation from the book.
