Mike Wedgwood (born 19 May 1950 in Derby) is an English bassist and singer. He is related to the Wedgwood family of pottery fame. [1] Wedgwood joined The Overlanders in 1968 following their biggest hit, a cover of The Beatles song "Michelle", and remained with them until 1971. [1]
Having retained a good working relationship, Sonja Kristina and Mike Wedgwood formed a new band with Kirby Gregory (electric guitar), Eddie Jobson (keyboards, violin), and Jim Russell (drums). Jobson had come from a band called Fat Grapple, who had been one of Curved Air's support acts on tour.

Born in Derby and raised in Salisbury, Mike Wedgwood started his musical career by learning to play piano (at 6), violin (at 10), clarinet and guitar (at 13) and saxophone (at 15)... By the mid-Sixties, while studying at Bishop Wordsworth School, he was playing drums, then saxophone in a local soul band, Just Us.
Cunning Stunts is the sixth studio album by the progressive rock band Caravan, released in 1975. It was their first album with the bass guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Mike Wedgwood. The title of the album is a spoonerism for "Stunning Cunts", which is typical of their cheeky use of language.
