Adolfo Frederico VI de Mecklemburgo-Strelitz (17 de Junho de 1882 - 23 de Fevereiro de 1918) foi o último Grão-Duque Soberano do Estado de Mecklemburgo-Strelitz.
Hereditary Grand Duke. The first half of 1904 was a time of sadness for Adolf Friedrich and the grand ducal family. In January he lost his maternal grandfather the Duke of Anhalt while in March his great uncle and godfather the Duke of Cambridge also died.
Adolphus Frederick became heir apparent to the Grand Duchy, with the title of Hereditary Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, following the death of his grandfather Grand Duke Frederick William on 30 May 1904.
Adolfo Federico VI ( Neustrelitz, 17 de junho de 1882 - Neustrelitz, 23 de fevereiro de 1918) foi o último grão-duque de Mecklemburgo-Strelitz de 1914 até sua morte. A regência passou para o Grão-Duque de Mecklemburgo-Schwerin, Federico Francesco IV.
Naquele tempo, existia apenas dois sobreviventes da dinastia reconhecidos de Strelitz, o jovem Grão-Duque Adolfo Frederico VI, e seu primo Carlos Miguel, que estava em serviço na Rússia, sendo filho da Grã-Duquesa Catarina Mikhailovna.
