South Central Cartel is an American West Coast hip hop/gangsta rap group based in Los Angeles, California.
Along with Suga T and Lady of Rage, Sh'Killa stood as one of the few female rappers amid the '90s West Coast gangsta scene. She recorded an album, Gangstrez From da Bay (1996), for G.W.K. Records that fellow West Coast gangstas Havoc & Prodeje produced.
