Richard Raymond Finch (born January 23, 1954) is an American songwriter, producer, and arranger. He is best known as the co-founder, producer and former bass guitar player of KC and the Sunshine Band.

Rick Finch is a bassist, songwriter and engineer who co-created the disco sound with Harry Wayne Casey (KC) in the 70s. He recorded hits for the Allman Brothers, Mother's Finest and George McCrae, and his bass lines are sampled by many artists.

Richard Raymond Finch is an American composer, producer, engineer and arranger, born 23 January 1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Also credited as drummer and bassist.
Finch is a multi-Grammy Award winner with three wins and nine nominations and was nominated in the 2010 first round Grammy ballot as producer. He is the recipient of an American Music Award and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame having been a part of the KC and the Sunshine Band legacy.
