Samira Khashoggi (Arabic: سميرة خاشقجي, 1935 – March 1986) was a Saudi Arabian progressive author, as well as the founder of Al Sharkiah magazine. She was the sister of the Saudi businessman Adnan Khashoggi. She was the first wife of Egyptian businessman Mohamed Al-Fayed and the mother of filmmaker Dodi Al-Fayed.

Samira Khashoggi (arabisch سميرة خاشقجي, DMG Samīra Ḫāšuqǧī; * 1935 in Mekka, Saudi-Arabien; † März 1986) war eine saudi-arabische Autorin und Gründerin der Zeitschrift Al Sharkiah. Sie war die Schwester des saudischen Geschäftsmanns Adnan Khashoggi.
Sua mãe era Samira Kashoggi, irmã do notório comerciante de armas saudita Adnan Khashoggi. Samira e Mohamed se divorciaram antes de 1985, e ela morreu no ano seguinte, vítima de câncer. A segunda esposa de seu pai foi a socialite finlandesa e ex-modelo Heini Wathén, com quem Mohamed teve mais quatro filhos: Jasmine, Karim, Camilla e Omar.
