It stars Peter Sellers in three roles: Duchess Gloriana XII; Count Rupert Mountjoy, the Prime Minister; and Tully Bascomb, the military leader; and co-stars Jean Seberg .

Sinopse. O ducado de Grand Fenwick decide que a única maneira de se livrar de seus problemas econômicos é declarar guerra aos Estados Unidos, perder e aceitar a ajuda estrangeira.
