Isabel le Despenser, Countess of Worcester and Warwick, LG (26 July 1400 – 27 December 1439) was the posthumous daughter and eventually the sole heiress of Thomas le Despenser, 1st Earl of Gloucester by his wife, Constance of York, daughter of Edmund of Langley (son of King Edward III of England ).

Isabel le Despenser was born posthumously in 1400 at Cardiff, Glamorgan on 27 July(Septem dormientes) and baptized in St. Mary’s church there. Lady Isabel Neville (5 September 1451 – 22 December 1476) was the elder daughter and co-heiress of Richard Neville, 16th Earl of Warwick (the Kingmaker of the Wars of the Roses ), and Anne de Beauchamp, suo jure 16th Countess of Warwick. She was the wife of George Plantagenet, 1st Duke of Clarence.
He was buried at Tewkesbury Abbey [Map]. His son [her future husband] Richard Beauchamp 1st Earl of Worcester (age 15) succeeded 2nd Baron Bergavenny. On 27 Jul 1411 Richard Beauchamp 1st Earl of Worcester (age 15) and Isabel Despencer Countess Warwick and Worcester (age 11) were married.
