Anne Stanley, Countess of Ancram (died 1657) was an English aristocrat. Anne Stanley was a daughter of William Stanley, 6th Earl of Derby, and Elizabeth de Vere, Countess of Derby.

Anne Stanley (May 1580 – c. 8 October 1647) was an English noblewoman. She was the eldest daughter of the Earl of Derby and, through her two marriages, became Baroness Chandos and later Countess of Castlehaven.
Lady Anne Stanley, Countess of Ancrum was buried in the chapel of St Nicholas in Westminster Abbey on 15th February 1657 but she has no gravestone remaining nor a monument. She was the only surviving daughter of William, 6th Earl of Derby and his wife Lady Elizabeth de Vere (who was buried in the Abbey on 11th March 1627).

A further complexity was that Ferdinando's eldest daughter Anne Stanley, Countess of Castlehaven, became officially the heir presumptive to Elizabeth's throne in 1596 on the death of her grandmother. A complex legal dispute followed, which dragged on for many years.
