Lidiya Milyuzina was born on July 29, 1986 in the city of Urzhum. In 2003, she entered the Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School (course of O.N. Solomina and Y.M. Solomin, among her teachers were V.I. Bochkaryov, A.S. Potapov, V.N.Dragunov, V.E.Fyodorov) and joined the Maly Theatre’s company.
