Robin Macdonald Sinclair, 2nd Viscount Thurso, JP (24 December 1922 – 29 April 1995), was a Scottish landowner, businessman and Liberal Party politician. He was Lord Lieutenant of Caithness from 1973 until his death.
Viscount Thurso, of Ulbster in the County of Caithness, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. [1] It was created on 11 June 1952 for the Scottish Liberal politician and former Secretary of State for Air, Sir Archibald Sinclair, 4th Baronet.

Robin Macdonald Sinclair, 2nd Viscount Thurso was born on 24 December 1922.1 He was the son of Archibald Henry Macdonald Sinclair, 1st Viscount Thurso and Marigold Forbes. He married Margaret Beaumont Robertson, daughter of Colonel Josiah James Robertson, on 14 February 1952.1 He died in June 1995 at age 72.1
