Playtone (stylized on-screen as PLAY•TONE; a.k.a. Playtone Productions and The Playtone Company) is an American film and television production company established in 1998 by actor Tom Hanks and producer Gary Goetzman.

Playtone, co-founded by Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman, will create series, documentaries and unscripted projects for Apple TV+. The deal includes a WWII epic, Masters of the Air, and a sequel to Greyhound, a 2020 film starring Hanks.
