Bertha of Cornouaille (fl. 1125–56), also known as Bertha of Brittany (Breton: Berthe Breizh), was the Duchess of Brittany between 1148 until her death and Dowager Countess of Richmond. Bertha was the elder daughter of Conan III of Brittany by Maude, the illegitimate daughter of King Henry I of England.

Bertha Duchess of Brittany was born in England as the daughter of Conan III de Bretagne Duc de Bretagne and Matilda fitzRoy Duchess of Brittany. She married Alan Penthièvre of Brittany 1st Earl of Richmond in 1139, in Poitou, France. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 3 daughters. She died about 1164.

Bertha was the daughter of Odo II, Count of Blois and Ermengarde of Auvergne. In 1029, she married Alain III, Duke of Brittany, he died in 1040. In 1046, she married Hugh IV, Count of Maine. Marriage & issue. Bertha and Alain had two children: Conan II, Duke of Brittany; Hawise, Duchess of Brittany

Later, when Alan died in 1146, Bertha returned home to Brittany from England. On his death-bed in 1148, Conan III disinherited his son Hoel, Count of Nantes from succession to the duchy. With this surprise move, Bertha became his heiress and successor as hereditary Duchess of Brittany. However, Hoel was to retain the county of Nantes.
