Peggy Webber (born September 15, 1925) is an American actress and writer who has worked in film, stage, television, and radio.
Peggy Webber is a versatile and prolific performer who started her career in silent movie theaters and won an Emmy for her radio show. She has appeared in over 100 TV shows and movies, including The Screaming Skull, The Twilight Zone and The Smurfs, and founded C.A.R.T. radio theatre.

She was sitting outside under an awning and Lee’s crazy brother came over and said, “Mmmmm, I love big arms!” (laughs) He didn’t even know who she was!

Peggy Webber: I didn’t either, but nothing was impossible with Orson. When he was shooting, you’d hear Orson in his magnificent voice yell, “Shorrrrr-ttttttteeeeee!”.
