is a record label that Ian Hawke worked for, seen in Alvin and the Chipmunks, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, and referenced in Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked.
The name originates from Jet Records, a small British record label founded in 1974 by Don Arden.
In 1991, Bagdasarian Productions bought the label and renamed it Chipmunk Records.
In the film, the company is one of the two locations at which Dave is currently employed and is the building where The Chipmunks arrive at in their tree after it was cut down to be displayed for Christmas.

In the film, Ian doesn't leave the company, even after being removed from it. He is seen below the building making coffee and eating a muffin from the garbage shoot. Later, Ian brushes his teeth next to the fountain in front of the building where The Chipettes find him, excited that they finally made it to JETT Records.
After The Chipettes sing in Ian's "penthouse office," he offers to be their manager and they happily accept, even though he is no longer connected to the company.
Although the company isn't seen in the film, it's mentioned by Ian as he, Dave, Zoe, The Chipmunks, and The Chipettes call out to the rescue helicopter while on the raft.
