Bogislaw XIII (Bogusław XIII) of Pomerania (9 August 1544 – 7 March 1606), son of Philip I and Maria of Saxony, was a prince of Stettin and Wolgast, and a member of the Griffins. Bogislaw studied at the University of Greifswald at the age of 14.
Bogislaw XIII. starb im Jahr 1606 in Stettin und wurde in der dortigen Schlosskirche beigesetzt. Ihm folgte in der Regierung sein Sohn Philipp II.

Bereits 1603 wurde Philipp Julius, dem Sohn des 1592 verstorbenen Herzogs Ernst Ludwig von Wolgast, die Regierung durch seinen Oheim Bogislaw XIII. übergeben, nachdem er von Kaiser Rudolf II. für großjährig erklärt wurde und von letzterem einen Lehnsbrief für sein Wolgaster Land erhalten hatte.
