Gary E. Jacobs (born 1957) is an American businessman, founder of the Gary and Jerri-Ann Jacobs High Tech High Charter School, and owner of the Lake Elsinore Storm. He is the father of U.S. Representative Sara Jacobs.
In 2006, Gary and his wife Jerri-Ann created the Jerri-Ann and Gary E. Jacobs Endowed Fellowship with a $1 million gift to the School of Social Sciences (then called the "Divison of Social Sciences")—one of the largest single gifts given to Social Sciences by an alumnus.

Gary and Jerri-Ann Jacobs founded the Jacobs International Teen Leadership Institute (JITLI) in 2000. They live in Del Mar, California with their son Adam, daughters Sara, Beth, and Mara, and their dogs, Jasmine and Goldie.
