Virginio Orsini (11 September 1572 – 9 September 1615) was the second Duke of Bracciano, member of the Orsini family and knight of the order of the Golden Fleece. He was the son of Paolo Giordano I Orsini and Isabella de' Medici , and inherited his father's titles and fiefs after his death in 1585.
Though best known as Lord of Bracciano, during his lifetime he bore many titles, among which Count of Tagliacozzo, Vicovaro and Anguillara, Lord of Cerveteri, Knight of the Order of Emellino (1463), Constable of the Kingdom of Naples and Gonfalonier of the Roman Church.
Consagrada, em 30 de março de 1671, colegiada de Santo Stefano di Bracciano, Roma, pelo cardeal Giulio Spinola, coadjuvado por Federico Baldeschi, arcebispo titular de Cesárea, e por Scipioni Martini, ex-bispo de Marcana. Optou pela sede suburbicária de Frascati, em 28 de janeiro de 1675.
His nephew Virginio was a famous admiral for the Papal States and France, but in 1539 he had his fiefs confiscated under the charge of treason. Paolo Giordano was created first Duke of Bracciano in 1560.
