Henry Hastings, 3rd Earl of Huntingdon, KG, KB (c. 1535 – 14 December 1595) was an English Puritan nobleman. Educated alongside the future Edward VI, he was briefly imprisoned by Mary I, and later considered by some as a potential successor to Elizabeth I.

HENRY HASTINGS, third Earl of Huntingdon (1535-1595), born in 1535, was eldest son of Francis Hastings, second earl, by Catherine, daughter and coheiress of Henry Pole, lord Montacute, brother of Cardinal Pole. Edward VI, whose companion he was in youth, knighted him 20 Feb. 1547-8.
