Thomas Butler, 7th Earl of Ormond PC (1426 – 3 August 1515) was the youngest son of James Butler, 4th Earl of Ormond. He was attainted, but restored by Henry VII's first Parliament in November 1485, and the statutes made at Westminster, by Edward IV, which declared him and his brothers traitors, were abrogated.
Butler, Thomas (c.1424–1515), 7th earl of Ormond , was third son of James (qv), 4th earl of Ormond, and his first wife, Joan, daughter of William Beauchamp, Lord Abergavenny. Though born in Ireland he spent virtually his entire life in England.

The earldom of Ormond was restored to his younger brother, John Butler, the sixth earl, in 1476. Thomas, the 7th earl, died without issue in 1515; the de facto, if not indeed the de jure earl, Piers Butler, a cousin of the 7th Earl, was induced to resign his rights
Butler, Thomas, 7th Earl of Ormond, succeeded his brother in 1478. He also had been attainted by Edward IV. and the attainder was revoked, as in the case of his predecessor. By Henry VII. he was made a Privy-Councillor, and was in 1492 and 1497 sent on diplomatic missions to France.
Butler, Thomas (1531–1614), 10th earl of Ormond , nobleman, was born in southern Ireland, eldest son of James Butler (qv), 9th earl of Ormond, and his wife Joan, daughter and heiress of James Fitzgerald, 10th earl of Desmond. He had six brothers, Edmund, John, Walter, James, Edward, and Piers.
