Li Fook-shu, OBE, FCA, JP (Chinese: 李福樹; 30 May 1912 – 21 May 1995) was a Hong Kong businessman and politician. He was the chairman of the Bank of East Asia and unofficial member of the Executive Council and the Legislative Council.
Li Fook-shu (1912–1995) The oldest son of Li Koon-chun, he was educated in England and qualified as an accountant; he was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He became a director of the Bank of East Asia in 1958, and remained a director until his death in 1995.

Banker David Li Kwok-po and younger brother Arthur Li Kwok-cheung have filed a writ to the High Court, demanding the removal of their cousin as an executor of the estate of their late father. The cousin, Lim Toong-yen, has been an executor of the estate of the late Li Fook-shu, also known as Li Kwong-lam, under his will dated August 16, 1993.
