The Jerk Theory is a story about Adam ( Josh Henderson ), an aspiring musician who has women all figured out. After his girlfriend kicks him to the curb for the school jerk, Adam decides that, since girls dont want the nice guy, he'll be the jerk. It works like a charm.
An aspiring recording artist, Adam, is burned by a bad relationship experience and decides that if women won’t respond to the “nice guy” then he’ll be “the jerk.” When Adam meets and falls for Molly, who doesn’’t fall for his jerk routine, Adam is forced to reconsider his dating philosophy.
He realizes that every girl loves a bad boy, and the only way to get a girl is to be a jerk. Armed with a new attitude, he rules the school, reaching rock star status. Then one day, his golden jerk theory is put to the ultimate test when he meets Molly, who only gives her number to nice guys and is done with jerks.
