Anne Julie de Rohan-Chabot, née en 1648 et morte le 4 février 1709 à Paris, est une aristocrate française. Membre de la Maison de Rohan, elle est la femme de François de Rohan-Soubise. C'est elle qui apporte la seigneurie de Soubise à la branche cadette des Rohan. Elle sera pendant un temps la maîtresse du roi Louis XIV.
Anne de Rohan-Chabot, Princess of Soubise (Anne Julie; 1648 – 4 February 1709) was a French noble. A member of the House of Rohan, she was wife of the Prince of Soubise. It was she who brought the lordship of Soubise into the junior line of the House of Rohan.

Aged fifteen and equipped with the suo jure title Princesse de Soubise, Anne married a other member of the House of Rohan in 1663. The twelve-year-old widower François de Rohan, a half-brother of the famous Marie de Rohan, Duchesse de Chevreuse.
