Edward Waldo Emerson (July 10, 1844 – January 27, 1930 [1]) was an American physician, writer and lecturer. [2] Biography. Emerson was born in Boston, Massachusetts. [3] . He was a son of Ralph Waldo Emerson and Lidian Jackson Emerson, and educated at Harvard, where he graduated in 1866.

Edward Waldo Emerson, born on July 10, 1844 in Concord, was the. youngest of the four children of Ralph Waldo Emerson. Like his mother, young Edward was not physically robust. The oldest son. died when very young. The other three children grew up in the Con. cord of the latter half of the nineteenth century.
