A Universidade Kim Il-sung, fundada em 1 de outubro de 1946, foi a primeira universidade erguida na Coreia do Norte. História. A criação da Universidade foi decidida em julho de 1946, pelo Partido dos Trabalhadores da Coreia. Localizada em Pionguiangue, a capital da nação, ela carrega o nome de Kim Il-Sung, o líder-fundador do país.
Kim Il Sung University (Korean: 김일성종합대학) is a university in Taesong, Pyongyang, North Korea. Founded on 1 October 1946, it is the first institution of higher learning in North Korea since its foundation.
Kim Il Sung University takes scrupulous care to provide sufficient conditions to foreign students for studying and living amid the deep concern of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK government. Education for foreign students is reliably guaranteed by authoritative education forces.
