Jolie Gabor, Countess de Szigethy (born Janka Tilleman; September 30, 1896 – April 1, 1997) was a Hungarian-born American jeweler and socialite, known as the mother of actresses and fellow socialites Magda, Zsa Zsa and Eva Gabor.
Jolie Gabor was more than just the mother of Zsa Zsa, Eva, and Magda. She was a success in her own right with The House of Pearls, a costume jewelry shop she opened after coming to the United States. The image below, Portrait of Jolie Gabor, was painted by Endre Kompczy Balogh in 1963.
