Henry III of Bar (French: Henri III de Bar; German: Heinrich III von Bar 1259 – Naples, September 1302) was Count of Bar from 1291 to 1302. He was the son of Theobald II, Count of Bar and Jeanne de Toucy. Henry's introduction to military life came as he was made a knight in a conflict between his father and the Bishop of Metz.

In 1297 King Philip IV of France invaded the Barrois because Count Henry III had given aid to his father-in-law, Edward I of England, when the latter intervened against France in the Franco-Flemish War. In the Treaty of Bruges of 1301 Henry was forced to recognise all of his county west of the river Meuse as a fief of France.

He married Eleanor of England Countess of Bar on 20 September 1293, in Bristol, Gloucestershire, England. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 2 daughters. He died in September 1302, in Kingdom of Naples, at the age of 42, and was buried in Meuse, Lorraine, France.
Henry III of Bar was Count of Bar from 1291 until his death in 1302. He began his military career as a knight in his father’s conflict with the Bishop of Metz and later served Frederick III, Duke of Lorraine. Henry was drawn into the war between France and England after his marriage to Eleanor of England.
