After a troublesome Hollywood adventure remaking his own successful movie Loft, director Erik Van Looy is back in his home country with a thriller involving the Belgian Prime Minister who has to assassinate the President of the United States in order to save his family.
On his way to a summit meeting in Brussels, the car of the Belgian Prime Minister is hijacked, his driver killed and the Prime Minister kidnapped. Soon, the PM learns that his wife and children are being held hostage. They will only survive if the PM kills the person he will meet at 3pm.
