12 de fev. de 2021 · More teams/workspaces than Notion: The regular plan offers more flexibility for managing multiple projects than Notion. This is why I originally looked at Notion alternatives in the first place when they changed the subscription rates. Live editing + collaboration: Super useful if you want to collaborate on documents in real-time.
10 de abr. de 2021 · Open your Notion page in firefox : Tools > Adaptative view Choose a good size of a virtual screen Take a screenshoot (top right icon) in File explorer : Right clic on the new PNG > Convert to PDF. That's it. unfortunattly, the text is not editable. Notion with no good export is like a Ferrari with Renault 4L tires.....

3 de set. de 2020 · At my work we use Microsoft 365 and the integration just works amazing. For example: the intergration of note-taking inside a meeting, it automatically adds the attendants of the meeting and makes a note in Onenote. This just works very fluid in comparison to making a seperate note in Notion and write the attendants and minutes there.
If it is mostly writing related tasks, have a look at Obsidian. It is similar to Roam Research and works offline. I use Bear and the fact that Notion doesn’t have offline support is stopping me from migrating over completely. I hate the name but TiddlyWiki is the stable and infinitely customizable alternative to Roam Research.

I use Notion for my VA agency. But for my personal use, I use a minimalist task management system called ZenKit ToDo. 1.

Using an algorithm based on each task's Impact and Effort, the automated project manager helps me decide what to work on next.
